What you bring

• As an advisor to corporate clients, you advise SMEs as well as other companies in a comprehensive way in the areas of business insurance, civil liability, people and specialist insurance. You analyze the risks associated with the business activity, develop insurance solutions tailored to the needs and accompany your clients over the long term as a trusted person.
• You carry out in-depth risk analysis with customers of existing and potential companies, develop tailor-made insurance concepts and ensure that the risks associated with their business are covered on a sustainable basis.
• You follow the evolution of the market in the field of corporate customers, identify opportunities and acquire in a targeted way new customers companies. In doing so, you implement defined market development strategies and systematically develop your customer portfolio.
• You actively engage with existing clients, build long-term partnerships and position yourself as a trusted person for all insurance issues related to the business environment.
• You work closely with subscription, claims management and internal experts to ensure optimal solutions and a high level of service for your clients.

Your profile

• You have solid training or university degree as well as several years of extensive professional experience in insurance, ideally in the corporate customer sector.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, show initiative and enjoy actively contributing to the development of the clientele undertaken within the General Agency of Fribourg in Givisiez, while collaborating with various internal and external interlocutors.
• You are an excellent communicator and can transmit complex information in a clear, understandable and convincing way.
• You have an excellent understanding of the numbers, an analytical and comprehensive reflection and strong organizational and planning skills.
• The sustainable satisfaction of your business clients is at the heart of your priorities. You identify their needs, develop suitable solutions and maintain lasting customer relations.
