Your tasks

Main responsibilities

- After a thorough induction, you will take over ergotherapeutic treatments and support the team in the development and implementation of individual therapy plans to promote everyday management and improvement of cognitive, social and emotional abilities.
- Your varied workday covers the entire spectrum of psychiatric conditions and offers you the opportunity to work in both individual and group therapies.
- To specifically design the treatment, you plan therapeutic measures, carry out assessments to record the individual needs of patients and document the course in the hospital information system.
- At the Uznach/Rapperswil location, you will participate in rapports, case discussions and training courses and maintain a close professional exchange with the other practitioners.
- In the occupational therapy team, you accompany interns during their internship and support them in their training process. Requirements
