Who are we?

ECAS is an autonomous institution governed by public law which administers and coordinates the activities of the Caisse de compensation of the canton of Fribourg and those of the Cantonal Office of Disability Insurance. It thus constitutes a single competence centre in social insurance under the first pillar for insured persons and enterprises in the canton of Fribourg.

Your missions

Within the Agency's external evaluation service AI

• You are assessing the need for assistance in the performance of the ordinary acts of daily life as part of the impotence allowance applications (minors, adults and AVS beneficiaries)
• You write complete and detailed evaluation reports
• You collaborate in a multidisciplinary team at the AI Office
• You ensure active collaboration with the network of partners (service providers, medical and social workers)
• You assess functional limitations when applying for AI pension

Profile desired

• Diploma in social work, health or training deemed equivalent
• Easy in listening and maintenance management
• Analysis and synthesis capacity taking into account the health and economic and individual situation of the person concerned
• Writing experience
• Interest in multi-disciplinary work
• Category B driving licence
• Multi-year work experience in health and/or social
• Prior experience in paediatrics is a highly appreciated asset
• Mastery of the French (oral and written) or German (oral) language with very good knowledge of the other language
