The Center for Interprofessional Development (CPI), based in Fribourg since 1986, is a public centre for continuing education for adults.
We offer more than 250 courses, prepare for federal certificates and patents, and also manage training arrangements mandated by the Public Employment Service and the Canton AI Office.

Application process
- You master the usual IT tools (MS Office) and have very good knowledge of the necessary business applications (accounting, HR, ERP and GED)
- You take initiatives, organize your work rigorously and evolve independently
- You federate by the quality of your relationships, your proximity leadership and your ability to listen
- You master French, ideally with good knowledge of German

- Together, we support individuals and organizations in their professional development. Your missions
- Piloting, developing and representing the measure: ensuring the quality of services according to the LMMT, Helvartis and ICC standards, ensuring the budgetary control and monitoring of indicators, developing the measure according to market needs and representing the scheme with the SPE, Helvartis and the partners of the employment network
- Conduct and develop the team of trainers and organize the activities of the mechanism in line with the ICC strategy
- Design and develop teaching and teaching tools for all areas, for group and individual support
- Train and support participants in the different areas of EPCO (accounting, human resources, procurement, sales, marketing) and validate their achievements
- Individual monitoring and job coaching: interviews, progress assessment, job search support and administrative management (MMT certificates, absences) Profile desired
- In addition, you have a Federal Adult Trainer Patent (FSEA), or training deemed equivalent
- You have very good knowledge of the field of occupational integration and unemployment insurance
