- Catering Assistance & Guest Relation: Taking care of our patients as a contact person They are not only concerned about individual meal wishes, but also about all other non-medical concerns that make the stay more pleasant.
- They collect feedback and thus guarantee personal, tailor-made care.
- Care and support: In close cooperation with patients, you take care of their needs with empathy.
- This is not only about the food, but also about the small things that make the stay easier and more pleasant.
- Hygiene and Occupational Safety: You are responsible for complying with our high hygiene and occupational safety standards in order to ensure that patients and employees are safe and well cared for at all times. Requirements
- Completed gastronomy or hotel training as well as in-depth professional experience in service in the upscale gastronomy or Hotel industry
- Strong service orientation and excellent manners
- Passion for gastronomy and a keen sense of detail
