You are not "just at the counter" with us, but a central contact person for patients, students, dentists, dental technology and the clinic team.
They receive our patients in a friendly and professional manner.
They take telephone calls, answer questions or forward them to the responsible body.
They coordinate appointments and help ensure that everyday hospital life is organized smoothly.
They process referrals, support the polyclinic and work closely with the back and front office team.
They take care of administrative tasks such as orders for office and dental storage materials.
