- Represent EVAM with authorities and partners, develop trust relations with stakeholders and ensure credible and coherent institutional communication.
- Evidence in terms of strategic leadership, change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong financial management skills and ability to lead an institution in a particularly exposed institutional and political environment.
- Knowledge of policy issues related to migration and asylum, as well as real estate, social and integration issues specific to the field.
- Global and strategic vision, excellent analytical, synthesis and editorial capabilities, strong decision-making capacity, sense of responsibility and public service ethics.
- Excellent relational skills, recognized leadership, developed political sense, strong sense for cross-sectional collaborations and excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills.
