- You have successfully completed training in social education and already have professional experience, beneficial experience in the work of people with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or challenging behavior
- You are flexible, committed, resilient and a responsible person with pleasure in demanding patient care in a lively company
- You are interested, proactive and willing to contribute your expertise to the multidisciplinary team as part of an overall treatment plan
