• Participate in boning, trimming, dismantling of raw materials
• Control the parts to be removed and report anomalies
• Dissolve and trim the parts accurately, respecting the required portions
• Strictly apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Work according to a pre-established cutting plan
• Work closely with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations

Required

• Minimum 3 years: Experience in a similar position
• Initial or continuing training completed: CFC de Boucher*ère or equivalent training desired
• You have solid notions of hygiene (HACCP) and safety
• You are a dynamic, open and sociable person
• You work quickly, accurately and autonomously
• You appreciate teamwork and show flexibility and organization
• You are in good physical condition and comfortable with work in the cold environment
• French (Good knowledge)
