- Your Responsibilities Discovery & Business Analysis
- Lead discovery activities for transformation initiatives by understanding current-state processes, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
- Support governance, audit, risk, compliance, and reporting requirements across transformation initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Your Responsibilities Discovery & Business Analysis
- Lead discovery activities for transformation initiatives by understanding current-state processes, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable deliverables, including PRDs, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and business cases.
- Use data and process insights to validate assumptions, quantify opportunities, and challenge both business and technical perspectives with evidence-based recommendations.
- Conduct impact assessments and define target-state operating models, processes, and success metrics. Solution Design & Delivery
- Serve as the bridge between business users and AI engineering teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives and operational realities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose digital and AI-powered solutions.
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple initiatives, managing scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and solution reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Proven experience supporting end-to-end project or solution delivery from discovery through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
