- You have solid experience in hospital invoicing and want to use your know-how for a function that combines operational responsibilities as well as team management and strategic challenges. Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of social security, social security specialist with an eidg. specialist ID or equivalent training and experience
- Experience in hospital invoicing, specific training in hospital management
- Good knowledge of hospital financing, social security and private insurance (KVG, UVG, VVG) and of the main nationwide tariff structures ( SwissDRG, ST Reha, TARDOC and Ambulant Flat-rates) High social skills and strong team spirit
- Good knowledge of the current computer science and data analysis programs
- French or German with good knowledge of the other language That's what distinguishes you
- In the team management, you enjoy motivating, caring and advancing a team.
- However, you are also able to take a step back, analyze complex situations and propose concrete solutions.

- In order to strengthen the tariff, agreement and invoicing department, the HFR is looking for a
- Deputy/s responsible for the Tariffs, Agreements and Invoicing Division 80–100 % Mission
- In close cooperation with the department manager, you will take over a key role in controlling the billing and tariff-related tasks at HFR.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of these activities and support a team of about 20 employees.
- You will specifically perform the following tasks:
- They ensure complete, reliable and timely invoicing in compliance with the legal provisions and the applicable contracts.
- You take over the operational management and supervision of a team of about 20 people, whereby you promote the building of competence and the assumption of ownership.
