The Finance and Information Technology Directorate provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, procurement and wealth as well as IT services.
Mission
- Ensure the quality, reliability and governance of procurement data to provide a sound basis for strategic decisions;
- Design and develop dashboards, performance indicators and analyses (depends, savings, forecasts) to accompany the management of purchases;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automate processes through digital solutions (Power Automation, RPA, ERP D365);
- Ensure the role of Key User of the ERP Procurement module by providing level 2 support and participating in tool evolutions and testing phases;
- Work closely with the Purchasing, IT, Finance and Trade teams to harmonize data, coordinate needs and ensure consistency of processes across the Group;
- Ensure consistency and updating of the procurement documentation library, and prepare and coordinate internal and external audits by ensuring compliance, traceability and availability of information.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Technology, Business Economics or equivalent training;
- Experience in a Procurement environment and/or in creating dashboards and reporting tools, an asset;
- Excellent mastery of Power BI, Advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Office suite;
- Analytic spirit, rigour, autonomy, sense of organization and ease of collaboration with various interlocutors.
