- Insured persons advise, accompany and implement suitable measures for reintegration, vocational orientation or further training
- Analyze and accompany situations to ensure optimal coordination between objectives, health restrictions and reintegration potential
- Maintain active cooperation with the network, especially with employers, service providers and medical and social partners
- To understand companies as partners, to take up their expectations and to create sustainable solutions for occupational reintegration through targeted negotiations
