Aufgaben

• Welcome, inform and support our clients with professionalism and friendliness.
• Guide clients in the use of banking automation and digital tools to promote their autonomy.
• Advise a private clientele in all its current banking needs, while building lasting trust relationships.
• Actively develop your client portfolio and leverage its potential in a comprehensive and proactive advisory approach.
• Identify business opportunities and propose appropriate solutions in the areas of savings, payments, investments and foresight.
• Contribute to the development of our modern distribution model and promote our digital solutions.
• Work closely with the Bank's specialists to provide comprehensive and personalized support.
• Participate in prospecting activities, customer events and the Bank's outreach in its region.

Anforderungen

• Full banking training with experience in customer counselling.
• Excellent sense of hospitality, communication and service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and enthusiasm through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• A committed, motivated, flexible person with a strong team spirit.
• Organization, rigour and focus.
• Autonomy in managing your business while enjoying the collaborative work.
• Experience with IT tools and digital solutions.
• Initiative, reliability and willingness to actively contribute to the development of your client portfolio and the Bank.
