CDI: As soon as possible or as soon as possible. As Sales Advisor, you are at the heart of the customer experience. Your main tasks are:

Mission

• Guarantee an irreproachable customer experience: welcome, advise and accompany our customers in-store and via our various channels. Fide, present our offer (including the second hand) and promote Kiabi services. - Make the store irresistible: ensure a quality presentation of the products, a careful merchandising and the respect of the standards. - Actively participate in the life of the store: be versatile, adapt to the priorities, master the internal tools and contribute to the collective success.

• Acting for performance: understanding business indicators, participating in business actions and initiatives to directly impact the results. - Ensuring a secure framework: ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures for the safety of all. - Taking on duty (opening and closing the store) can be entrusted to experienced and trusted employees, thus providing additional and valuable responsibility.
