Participation in the sale phase, taking over contractual and financial aspects.
Audit and opening of new projects in internal tools.
PAHO FIN support provided in pairs with the PAHO head of the area.
Analysis of OPS Area results, with identification and solutions proposals to ensure growth.
Provision of training and participation in the facilitation of improvement workshops for PAHO staff.
Ensure End support on the budget part and the steering of KST.
Active risk and opportunity management in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management.
Competence demonstrated in project closure. Your talents and experience
Holder of a university degree in management, ideally Bachelor or Master, in commerce or equivalent training
Confirmed experience in conducting complex business projects (IPMA C or higher certification required)
Mastery of project management tools and key digital tools
In-depth knowledge of business development and essential business strategies
Excellent organisation, autonomy and team spirit proven
Master's degree in oral and written French, as well as good knowledge in English Knowledge of German is a major asset
