A leading producer of meat, poultry, eggs and fish and as a member of M-Industry, Micarna has set itself the goal of always being "just better". You will play a key role in the management of stocks and the operational monitoring of our activities within our Vlolaille charcuterie team.

• Responsibility for weighing, inventories, manufacturing orders, recipes and good practices SAP
• Control data quality and consistency as well as SAP input
• Ensure tracking and traceability of stock movements
• Control orders and ensure smooth delivery
• Manage claims, analyze anomalies and propose appropriate solutions
• Establish regular reporting and monitor performance indicators
• Coordinate activities with the various internal teams to ensure optimal operation
• Ensure compliance with existing procedures and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure timely replacement of the team leader in his absence.

Required

• 3-5 years: Experience in logistics, processes and/or inventory control in the agri-food sector
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): CFC (e.g. butcher-carcuter, baker-container, food technologist, logistician) or equivalent training
• You show a strong openness to change and appreciate contributing to continuous process improvement
• You work autonomously, while at the same time being comfortable in the exchanges with different interlocutors
• You master common IT tools and are comfortable with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• You have a good knowledge of production processes and understand the issues related to commodity flows and inventory management
• You're recognized for your reliability, sense of responsibility and direction.
