Afin de compléter son équipe, le contrôle de gestion médical, rattaché à la Direction des finances, recherche pour le codage médical à l’HFR un-e

Vos missions

• Vous directigez un service de 11 collaboratrices et collaborationurs, tant sur le plan technique qu’organisationnel
• Vous assurez la clôture du codage dans les délais, pour le domaine des soins aigus stationnaires et pour ST Reha
• Vous contribuez au développement et à la mise en œuvre des projets dans le domaine du codage médical
• Vous développez activement la collaboration avec les autres services de l’HFR
• Vous assurez la formation de base et la formation continue en codage médical, au sein de l’équipe comme auprès d’autres groupes professionnels
• Vous assurez de manière autonome le suivi des audits et des révisions du codage
• Vous traitez les refus de remboursement émanant des caisses-maladie, et mettez en place un controlling dédié dont vous assurez la gestion

Vote profile

• Formation en codage médical indispensable le brevet fédéral de spécialiste en codage medical constitue un atout
• Formation reconnue dans le domaine de la santé publique, avec plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle et de très bonnes connaissances en anatomie, terminologie, pathologie, biologie et techniques médico-chirurgicales
• Expérience éprouvée de codage medical en milieu hospitalier suisse, complétée par une expérience en management
• Langue française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l’allemand
• Personnalité communicative avec d’excellentes aptitudes en leadership
• Bonnes connaissances de MS Office

Tasks

• You lead the department of 11 employees professionally and organizationally
• You are responsible for the timely completion of the coding in the field of acute care and ST Reha
• They participate in the development and implementation of projects in the field of medical coding
• They actively promote cooperation with other departments of l’HFR
• They provide education and training in the field of medical coding both internally and for other professional groups
• They independently supervise audits and coding audits
• Independent processing of health insurance referrals as well as the establishment and supervision of a referral controlling
• Training as a medical encoder indispensable, with a federal technical certificate of advantage
• Recognised public health training and several years of professional experience, very good knowledge of anatomy, terminology, pathology, biology and medical-surgical techniques
• Proven experience in medical coding in a Swiss hospital and in management
• French with very good knowledge of German
• Communicative personality with strong leadership
• Good knowledge of MS Office
