Role overview
We look for a motivated and flexible person as CNC maintenance technician Your responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance work on machines, equipment and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and to minimize downtime
- Independent analysis and correction of faults (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
- Ensuring high machine availability and minimizing downtime
- Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance
- Support for continuous improvement of plant performance (OEE, quality, stability)
- Documentation of disruptions, causes and measures taken
- Close cooperation with production and internal specialist departments
- Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for early detection and prevention of potential problems
- Compliance and implementation of all relevant safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance work to prevent accidents and injuries
- Supporting the team in ensuring and monitoring technical and infrastructural building management
- Implementation of projects to improve maintenance processes and increase efficiency.
- Introduction and management of maintenance and maintenance software and training of the team in handling new systems Your qualifications
- Completed technical training, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanics or mechatronics
- NIV 15 connection approval
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of CNC machines (ideally milling machines)
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics
- Experience in systematic error analysis and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of German, English and French are advantageous
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
