Role overview

We look for a motivated and flexible person as CNC maintenance technician Your responsibilities

  • Carry out regular maintenance work on machines, equipment and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and to minimize downtime
  • Independent analysis and correction of faults (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
  • Ensuring high machine availability and minimizing downtime
  • Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance
  • Support for continuous improvement of plant performance (OEE, quality, stability)
  • Documentation of disruptions, causes and measures taken
  • Close cooperation with production and internal specialist departments
  • Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for early detection and prevention of potential problems
  • Compliance and implementation of all relevant safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance work to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Supporting the team in ensuring and monitoring technical and infrastructural building management
  • Implementation of projects to improve maintenance processes and increase efficiency.
  • Introduction and management of maintenance and maintenance software and training of the team in handling new systems Your qualifications
  • Completed technical training, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanics or mechatronics
  • NIV 15 connection approval
  • Several years of experience in the maintenance of CNC machines (ideally milling machines)
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics
  • Experience in systematic error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of German, English and French are advantageous
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method

  • Several years of experience in maintaining CNC machines (preferably milling machines)
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics
  • Experience in systematic error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of German, English, and French
