• Integrate a multidisciplinary, competent and motivated team to develop projects of regional importance, in the field of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and wood structures
• Direct and operational participation (including calculations and reports) in the development of projects entrusted to you from a technical point of view within time limits
• Project management within cost, quality and time targets
• Guidance and technical support for the project team
• Technical control of proposed projects, calculations, plans and solutions
• Participation in the acquisition of new mandates
• Support the team leader in monitoring existing clients and developing new customer relationships
• Promote and integrate the principles of sustainable development into reflection and analysis YOUR PROFILE
• holds an EPF/HES diploma in civil engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of professional experience as a senior engineer in the field of structure with experience in execution and submission
• Significant project references, ideally as a project leader
• Passion and strong orientation for technical work and good implementation
• Good command of the French language (oral and written)
• Use in human contacts
• Good experience of public projects, associated procedures and requirements of public contractors (OFROU, SBB, OFT, cantons, municipalities, cities, etc.)
