• Manage and lead a team of 35 people in poultry production in the CDP team (chicken cutting calibration).
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitoring the management of performance data and productivity.
• Coordination with general planning, other departments and supports.
• Participation in continuous improvement (Lean).
• Working hours: 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, as well as approximately 10 Saturdays a year with flexibility. Required
• 1-2 years: Experience in a similar position.
• Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): in the food sector or training deemed equivalent. CFC OMA an asset.
• Experience in team leading.
• Knowledge in the poultry meat industry and industrial processes.
• Very good organizational skills
• Good physical condition.
• Comfort with computer systems (MS Office) and good knowledge of SAP.
• French (Very good knowledge)
