As a Health Project Manager, you are responsible for the full management of your projects, from acquisition to final delivery.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain your customer portfolio, set offers and negotiate prices.
• Pilot health projects in their entirety.
• Initiate implementation plans and plans with the technical office.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (architects, agents, suppliers, subcontractors and other trades).
• Organize assembly teams in collaboration with other project leaders.
• Order the equipment and ensure the smooth running of the works.
• Monitor the financial aspects of projects (budget, costs, billing).
• Ensure the quality of the facilities until the works are delivered.
• Actively participate in internal coordination sessions.

Your profile

You are an organized, autonomous and solutions oriented person.

You bring in particular

• An installation CFC or projector in sanitary building technology or equivalent training.
• A proven experience in managing health projects of all sizes.
• Excellent organizational and planning capacity.
• A common sense of negotiation and a strong sensitivity to costs.
• Ease of dealing with clients and partners.
• Natural leadership and teamwork.
