CONTEXT

Richemont International Distribution is recruiting for its distribution centre in Villars-sur-Glâne, a Team Leader Process Operations. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Team of Process Operations Specialists, whose mission is to facilitate the identification of process drifts and resolve operational problems.

• You support them on a daily basis in the realization of their activity by coaching and animation of performance.
• With your team spirit and analytical capacity, you and your colleagues are constantly developing the performance of your sector.
• In addition, we can count on you to make the extra mile that will satisfy our customers 100%.

HOW ARE YOU TO USE US?

To benefit from a higher education (HEG, University or equivalent), you justify a proven experience in team, project and quality management.

You have good knowledge in logistics and Supply Chain.

Rigoury, organized and autonomous, you have good stress resistance and are able to understand/prevent problems and view an impact or solution.

Excellent communicator, you ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders and you stand out by your proposal strength and ability to federate.

You are perfectly comfortable with the usual computer tools. Mastering SAP and data analysis tools is an asset.

You have a perfect command of French (C2) and an English level allowing you to communicate easily (min. B2).
