Description In order to complete its team, the Logistics Department of the Friborg hospital is looking for a Restaurants Collaborator 60% (12-month fixed-term contract) for the Catering department of the HFR Friborg – Cantonal Hospital - Ensure the proper functioning of points of sale (cafeteria, kiosk and staff restaurant) - Guarantee quality service to internal and external customers in compliance with current standards - Participate operational activities: set-up, service, self-service, meal distribution and equipment management - Ensure coordination with the kitchen and supply of points of sale - Manage the opening, closing and cash register operations (payment of receipts, closings and statements) - Apply and respect HACCP standards and the concept of self-control - Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of services - Participate in the set-up, delivery and service during events Required - CFC catering specialist (or equivalent) - Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of the German language or vice versa - Good resistance to stress, flexible and autonomous - Team spirit and friendly - Organized and methodical • Cosa offriamo - Start of work: immediately or to be agreed Contact Information: Mr.
