Full description

Micarna SA, a company of the Migros group specializing in the processing of meat, poultry, eggs and seafood products, is looking for a team leader in internal transport. A key role to coordinate operations, mentor the team and ensure an effective logistics flow on a daily basis.

Mansioni

• Manage a team of 7 to 10 people divided into different schedules
• Ensure coordination of activities within the internal transport sector
• Develop and update employee work schedules and train new entrants in the sector.
• Working on continuous improvement within the department
• Provide support in administrative tasks related to personnel management

Required

• 1-2 years: experience in a similar position
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Logistician CFC or equivalent training
• You have a first successful experience in team driving
• Sociable, flexible and organized, you are also a conscientious and autonomous person.
• You master the standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP)
• You are available for 2x8 team work and Saturdays with turns
• You have a good physical constitution (temperature of 3 to 15 degrees)
• French (Good Mastery)
• German (preferably)
