• Telephone advice for our (international) guests
• Ensuring telephone accessibility
• Provide expert information about the entire Grand Resort
• Support of the F&B administration department
• Support of the department for room reservations
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of the guest database Requirements
• Experience in a comparable position, at best in the hotel industry, desirable
• Enjoying the upscale hotel industry and dealing with international guests
• Open and communicative personality
• High willingness to provide services
• Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing (other foreign languages are advantageous) We offer:
