As a Business Partner with the management of the Business Unit, you are actively contributing to the strategic transformations from the point of view of Products & Technology.
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for 3 Business Partners for different sites in Switzerland, to be provided immediately or to be agreed upon.

- You are responsible for implementing strategic priorities and foster collaboration between segments.
Main responsibilities

- You pilot strategic and transformation projects, manage the segment roadmap, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure the achievement of objectives.
- With product management, you carry out strategic analysis of the portfolio, create the basis for decision-making for the management of the assortment and ensure the sustainable integration of the methodology into operations.

Company and context
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience: In the food industry, consumer goods or consumer products, with experience in processing, implementation or organizational development initiatives.
- Studies completed (UK/EFP, HES, ES): In business economy, management engineering, food science, organizational development or equivalent.
- Additional training in project management, change, portfolio or transformation is an asset.
- Experience in transformation, change management or implementation projects.
- Experience of interdisciplinary collaboration with different specialized fields and stakeholders.
- Experience in introducing and anchoring new processes, methods or working methods.
- Experience in transversal conduct or coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience in agile methods and working methods.
- Experience in organizing workshops and working groups.
