What you bring

• You gradually learn how insurance works and participate in different tasks, for example in the processing of offers, claims or customer requests.
• You are in contact with our clients as well as your colleagues, by phone, by e-mail or in person.
• In addition to your daily activities, you participate in exciting projects and bring your own ideas.
• You are actively involved in your development and discover the tasks and themes you particularly like.

Your profile

• You are in the final year of compulsory education (medium or higher level) or already frequent a post-compulsory school and have good academic results.
• You're interested in the insurance world and you want to understand how it works.
• You like to learn new things, you are curious and you are willing to take initiatives.
• You like contact with others and like to work as a team.
• You are actively thinking, asking questions and bringing your own ideas.
