Main responsibilities

- You are responsible for the full rental in accordance with market conditions and the management of vacant surfaces.
- You are also the primary contact person for all real property matters under your administration.
- You represent the owner and in this function you actively engage with our tenants, concierges, artisans and administrations.
- You make regular visits, make site statements, take receptions and discounts when changing tenants and first rentals.
- In addition to the rented items, you also manage buildings in (co)ownership and participate in meetings and meetings of the owners.
- You are responsible for the maintenance of buildings in accordance with contractual agreements and you are actively involved in remediation and transformation projects.
- Your position is not linked to a fixed place of work, but 3 days of attendance per week in Renens are prescribed. What you bring
- You have a federal certificate in building stewardship or you are currently undergoing a corresponding continuing education.
