In addition to the management of the 12 VIP lunch rooms, services are also provided for the management floor.

  • Further development, coaching and leadership of the entire team incl. Briefings, Debriefings & Meetings
  • Reception and implementation of guest wishes for an international, demanding audience
  • Planning and optimization of service processes, including cooperation at the front
  • Planning & implementation of offers, activities, sales promotion and events
  • and implementation of catering, special events and fine dining experiences
  • Communication with the client: in German & English at a professional level
  • Preparation, monitoring and compliance with the annual budget and analysis of key figures

  • Then take over the management at UBS Restaurant Münzhof, where you can shape a culinary experience for international guests from Monday to Friday – immediately or by appointment. Your area of activity:
  • Further development, coaching and leadership of the entire team incl. Briefings, Debriefings & Meetings
  • Organization and implementation of catering, special events and fine dining experiences
  • Experience in fine dining, upscale gastronomy or event/banqueting At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Very high service orientation and quality standards Excellent organizational skills
