Summary of the post
At the Automatician.ne 4*8 station you are in charge of ensuring the proper operational functioning of the automation installations within the Production Centre. You will actively participate in the proposal and implementation of improvements and projects related to this area.
A day in the life of an Automatician 4*8
- Ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of automation equipment
- Ensure knowledge, creation and updating of technical documentation in the field of automation
- Propose and participate in continuous improvement projects using the appropriate problem solving tools (GSTD, DMAIC, SMED)
- Providing technical support to the various factory departments
Your assets for success
- Diploma in Automation
- Confirmed experience in an industrial field ideally in food processing
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting and programming of Allen Bradley controllers and Wonderware (Archestra, Intouch), Siemens (an asset)
- Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams
- Knowledge of electro-automation equipment, starter, frequency switch, drive, servo motor
- Basic knowledge of server architectures and networks
- ITTO is an asset
- Use of digital tools (Powerbi, Copilot)
- Instrumentation knowledge and vision systems
