- Customer contact by telephone and e-mail: Provide information, request documents, clarify queries
- Organisation of hail drive-ins (e.g. scheduling, coordination with partners/experts)
- Participation on site in drive-ins to support the process
- Payment of damage cases according to specifications and internal guidelines
- Cooperation with internal partners (vehicle experts, specialist departments etc.)
- General administrative tasks relating to damage processes
