- Commercial basic training or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience (especially leadership support), managerial assistant with federal agency of advantage
- Experience in data collection in the management program CMI with very good IT knowledge (especially MS-Office) Own initiative and organisational talent
- Structured, independent and careful working methods
- High social skills, flexibility, resilience and service-oriented action
- Confident oral and written knowledge of German provided, knowledge of another cantonal language is advantageous
