- Define and maintain the IAG Assurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequence)
- To justify a confirmed (10+ years) experience in the insurance of goods and/or persons, in transformational roles with high business impact (claim management, subscription, distribution, customer relationship, operational performance)
- Have capacity to prioritize by value, arbitrate and deliver measurable results
Main responsibilities
- The missions that await you:
- Define and maintain the IAG Assurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequence)
- Identify and prioritize cases of usage with higher business impact (productivity, quality, time-to-value, customer satisfaction)
- Orchestrate the portfolio of IAG initiatives, from POC to industrialisation
- Identify, analyse and anticipate current and emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence General
- Pilot and ensure alignment with other company transformation programmes
- Federate, synchronize and align key players (Metiers, TDSI, Data, Innovation) around IAG issues and common objectives
- Collaborate and co-build with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams a framework of controlled use based on a risk-based approach
- Actively contribute to the acquisition of trades in IAG and to the conduct of change
- Define, monitor and optimize value indicators (adoption, productivity, decision quality, time-to-value) and manage the necessary adjustments
Key requirements
- To justify a confirmed (10+ years) experience in the insurance of goods and/or persons, in transformational roles with high business impact (claim management, subscription, distribution, customer relationship, operational performance)
- Have capacity to prioritize by value, arbitrate and deliver measurable results
- Demonstrate strong experience in cross-cutting program or portfolio management
- Functionally master IAG technologies: LLM, co-pilots, agents, autonomous agents, enhanced automation
- Have leadership of influence, excellent communication skills at the executive level and a strong sense of outcome
- Graduated from a Master's degree / HES / University oriented business, management, economics, management, actuarial or applied mathematics
