- Ensure smooth system use in daily clinical life
- Analyze and resolve disturbances and anomalous behavior in KIS
- Coordinate between internal departments and second and third-level support (suppliers)
- Plan and implement releases, tests, and rollouts in close collaboration with departments
- Collect, analyze, and specify functional requirements and implement them in collaboration with the producer Formulate and follow up on change requests Manage and moderate key user groups
- Create and maintain system and process documentation (Confluence)
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Advise and support departments in optimal KIS use

- Several years of experience in managing the applications of a KIS, preferably with M-KIS (Meierhofer)
- Good understanding of clinical processes (e.g., patient administration, performance recording, documentation)
- Experience in collaborating with software providers and release management
