Your missions

• Ensure cleanliness and good general condition of buildings and their surroundings
• Directly provide certain cleaning and maintenance services according to the needs of the service, which may involve variable working hours
• Coordinate, organize and monitor the services performed by the staff responsible for cleaning. If necessary to replace them in case of illness or vacation
• Conduct operational monitoring of external companies mandated for site cleaning services as well as deported sites
• Conduct, in collaboration with the line manager, operational and budgetary monitoring of the cleaning area
• Manage inventory of products and equipment required to perform cleaning tasks
• Organize the appropriate products for the work, taking into account environmental requirements
• Ensure continuous cleaning quality, continuity of services in case of absence, and report to its management any situation requiring special intervention
• Participate in snow removal and secure access to buildings during winter
• Collaborate with other members of the service and pay particular attention to the quality of the work provided

Profile desired

• CFC operating agent or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in building cleaning and maintenance
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, machinery and equipment
• Independent, organized and versatile personality
• Ability to coordinate and control a team and the services of external companies, with a common sense of responsibility
• Budgetary management concepts and capacity to monitor costs
• Rigor and proactivity, with good organizational, communication and priority management capabilities
• Team spirit, sensitivity to environmental issues and strong sense of service
• Category B driving licence, carist licence and permit/authorization for the use of carrycots
• Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language
