To complete its team, the Department of Medicine and Specialties of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital is looking for a Head of Department 80-100% Your mission:

• To help define and support the medical strategy of the department, as well as the medical equipment and services needs of the HFR, and to monitor its implementation
• Ensure administrative management of the department while ensuring compliance with existing institutional regulations and policies
• Support the financial and resource management of the department and the administrative management of patients, in collaboration with the management control attached to the department
• Support human resources management in the department in collaboration with HR
• Optimize internal processes within the department and ensure optimal use of information systems
• Coordinate and oversee project management and address ad hoc mandates
• Represent the department and/or business sector both internally and externally and assume internal mandates
• Implement concrete measures to optimize processes as project leader Your profile:
• Master's or equivalent training supplemented by post-graduate training, an asset
• Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of the German and English languages
• Knowledge of the desired medical and/or hospital environment
• Excellent economic knowledge
• Confirmed experience in financial, budgetary and project management
• Excellent relational and organizational skills
