Votre mission

En étroite In the year I988 avec le schonsable du service, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la facturation et des activités tarifaires de l,HFR. Vous contributez activment à leur éung et accompagnez une équipe d,environ 20 collaboratrices et Avivurs.

• garantissez une facturation complète, fiable et dans les Dé lilis, dans le respect desνs légales et des ΗO en vigueur;
• Sneez la conduite opérationnelle et l,accompagnement d,une équipe d,environ 20 personnes, en Snevisant le développement des compétences et la zonsabilisation ;
• participez activment à la mise en œuvre du nouveau système ambulatoire, à son développement et à son suivi;
• Sneez le suivi des (2000) tarifaires et π α leur bone appli cation;
• part icipez aux égociations tarifaires avec les SSAurs suisses et étrangers;

Deputy/s responsible for the Tariffs, Agreements and Invoicing Division 80–100 %

Mission

In close cooperation with the department manager, you will take over a key role in controlling the billing and tariff-related tasks at HFR. You will actively contribute to the further development of these activities and support a team of about 20 employees.

You will specifically perform the following tasks

• They ensure complete, reliable and timely invoicing in compliance with the legal provisions and the applicable contracts.
• You take over the operational management and supervision of a team of about 20 people, whereby you promote the building of competence and the assumption of ownership.
• They analyse and optimize the invoicing processes and processes in the sense of increasing efficiency and quality and develop them further.
• They are actively involved in the introduction of the new outpatient treatment system, its development and its follow-up.
• They monitor collective agreements and ensure that they are properly applied.
• They participate in collective bargaining with insurers from Switzerland and abroad.
• You process and coordinate the relevant requests for your area in cooperation with patients, partners and the various internal and external contact persons.
• You will support the billing team in its tasks if necessary.

Profile

You have solid experience in hospital invoicing and want to use your know-how for a function that combines operational responsibilities as well as team management and strategic challenges.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the field of social security, social security specialist with an eidg. specialist ID or equivalent training and experience
• Experience in hospital invoicing, specific training in hospital management
• Good knowledge of hospital financing, social security and private insurance (KVG, UVG, VVG) and of the main nationwide tariff structures ( SwissDRG, ST Reha, TARDOC and Ambulant Flat-rates)
• High social skills and strong team spirit
• Good knowledge of the current computer science and data analysis programs
• French or German with good knowledge of the other language
