Tasks

Self-employed conducting, instructing and conducting criminal proceedings against children and adolescents aged 10 to 17

Procedural management in protective measures proceedings for children, adolescents and young adults aged 10 to and over 24 years

Independent conclusion of juvenile criminal proceedings by means of indictment to the juvenile court and cantonal court, by means of a penal order or by means of discontinuation of proceedings and failure to act

Deputy head of a department within the youth advocacy office and readiness for Kader-Pikett during approx. 200 days per year

Representation of the Youth Advocate at specialist and preventive events (departments, workshops, conferences, round tables, parental evenings, etc.)

Several years of professional experience in law enforcement, preferably also youth prosecution
