• You work independently and are still not alone – in the design of work you have freedom, in the team exchange experience and mutual support.
• Your commitment is in the right place – directly at the people at home. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
• You support our customers in basic care
• You take care of the proper treatment care
• You lead the care documentation seamlessly and independently
• You are in close contact with the case management and actively participate in the care process
• You also take on administrative and organizational tasks if necessary
• Your workplace extends over Burgdorf and agglomeration. You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air.
