YOUR TASKS
- Competent and patient-oriented care of our patients
- Independent management of anesthesia in cooperation with a specialist
- Performing anesthesias for surgical and diagnostic interventions
- Provision, maintenance and professional use of technical equipment
- Ensuring a high quality of care by implementing standards and guidelines
- Performing weekend and night services
- Assumption of the vocational training function: co-responsibility for the professional guidance, support and assessment of students in anesthesia care as well as active participation in internal training processes
- Cooperation in the further development of process and care quality within the department
Your profile
- Completed training as an expert/expert anesthesia care NDS HF
- Completed further training as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete it in a timely manner
- Joy in the pedagogical role, ability for constructive learning guidance and enthusiasm for the training of future professionals
- High level of expertise, sense of responsibility and sensitive treatment of patients
- Team-oriented, flexible and committed personality with an interest in the further development of the anesthesia department
- Very good knowledge of German and/or French and understanding of the other language
