YOUR TASKS
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the Gebärsaal
- Coordination, organisation and continuous optimisation of workflows and processes
- Competent and professional cooperation with our doctors: gynecology and pediatrics
- Cooperation and co-responsibility in cross-divisional issues and projects
- Management, support and implementation of projects as well as change processes
- Ensuring and further developing a high quality and service orientation
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified midwife FH/HF or equivalent training
- Higher education in management (e.g. MSc, MAS, MBA) as well as several years of professional and managerial experience
- Strong business understanding, organizational skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
- Enjoyment in the further development of employees, processes and quality standards
- High social skills, communication skills and the ability to motivate and promote employees
- Experience in interdisciplinary and process-oriented cooperation
- Very good knowledge of German and/or French in words and writing as well as good knowledge of the other language
