YOUR TASKS - EXCELLENCE IN FOCUS
As a senior physician in our interdisciplinary emergency center, you take on a responsible key position. You are part of a dynamic team that cares for more than 13,000 emergency patients every year – both outpatient and inpatient.
- Independent implementation of emergency medical examinations and interventions, supported by an experienced evidence physician network
- Active participation in internal training and clinical quality initiatives
- Engagement in training: You specifically promote our assistant doctors, medical students and nurse practitioners – practical, collegiate and at eye level
Your profile – for a position with effect
You distinguish yourself through medical competence, leadership potential and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary emergency care.
- Specialist doctor preferred in general internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, anesthesia or cardiology - other specialties are also welcome if appropriate
- Swiss Federal Medical Diploma or MEBEKO-approved degree
- Specialist title (CH or equivalent)
- Valid ACLS and/or ATLS provider certificates (mandatory)
- Additional designation in clinical or preclinical emergency medicine (SGNOR) and training in sonography beneficial
- Strong teamwork, solution-oriented thinking and resilience in demanding situations
- Pedagogical skill and joy of teaching responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and/or French – ideally understanding in the other language

- SGAIM Training Centre Category IV for Outpatient General Internal Medicine and Category B/C for Inpatient General Internal Medicine are in preparation
