Role overview
Your responsibilities
- You support the Talent Management team in different projects, coordinating training and development initiatives for employees and managers across different levels of the organization.
- You prepare impactful presentations, communications, and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communication.
- You contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement within the dynamic HR team.
- You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle.
- You act as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and support.
Your profile
- You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent.
- You have an excellent command of English, French is an asset.
- You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 12 months.
- You have strong communication and writing skills, are comfortable with the MS Office suite, and quickly adapt to new digital tools and systems.
- You are proactive, organized, and collaborative, with a positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
