Role overview
Build the medical staff within the National Alarm Centre NAZ.
Helping to establish a strategic patient distribution that allows political, operational and technical assignment, transport and delivery of a very large number of patients over a longer period of time.
Elaborate the processes of leadership in the National Association of Catastrophic Medicine KATAMED between the Confederation, cantons, third parties and international bodies.

- Helping to establish a strategic patient distribution that allows political, operational and technical assignment, transport and delivery of a very large number of patients over a longer period of time.
Company and context
- Training in the staff work of larger organizations / formations and / or degree in emergency and crisis management or equivalent training with several years of functionally relevant experience.
- Proven experience with leadership responsibility in the staff work of larger organizations.
- Very good knowledge of health and security policy structures and instruments in Switzerland and many years of experience in cooperation with civil protection partners (police, fire brigade, military, civil protection and health care).
- Polyvalent, pragmatic, resilient, socially competent and willing to perform.
- Active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language and English.
