Tasks

• Cooperation in the writing of scientific publications and opinions
• Assistance in the organisation of scientific conferences
• Participation in research projects
• Independent scientific research
• Participation in the Human Rights Law Clinic of the University of Bern
• Assistance in the preparation and implementation of courses (lectures, seminars) and the supervision of students
• Assistance in the development and correction of examinations and written work

Requirements

• Outstanding editorial skills, stylish German and skillfulness in written expression (experiences in writing or editing scientific texts are advantageous)
• Enjoyment of migration law and human rights issues
• Interest in creative and scientific thinking and motivation to write a dissertation
• Enjoyment of working together in a team
• Independent, structured and careful working methods
• Good study performance
