- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or machine mechanic EFZ with at least two years of professional and production experience
- Good knowledge of conventional and CNC manufacturing
- Pedagogical and/or professional further training to become a leader of inter-company courses (üK) or willingness to achieve this in both areas
