Tasks

As a vocational trainee, you work together with learners (FaGe) and students (nursing HF and FH) and together ensure patient-oriented and professional care. You are responsible for the planning, design, documentation and evaluation of the entire learning process of the learners/students and participate as an expert in the training degrees. They lead with the learners/students educational zones and empower them for the professional day care. You offer the qualified nurses advice and support in training issues and introduce new employees to the daytime support of learners/students. In your role, you work closely with the vocational training department. Together with the station management and the specialists, you are jointly responsible for the organization and further development of the department.

Requirements

You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you have an educational training or are ready to complete it, then you are exactly right with us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a day escort. A proven high level of professional competence in care, teamwork as well as good verbal and written expressive ability is required. You are committed to the nursing profession and are aware of your role model. Your dealings with learners/students are understanding, cooperative and goal-oriented. They are motivated to promote and accompany the learners/students in achieving the action skills. They are characterized by good organizational ability, high social and self-competence and are well-versed in dealing with the common office applications.
