Portrait “Together for physical, motor and personal development to a self-determined life” The Rossfeld Foundation empowers, accompanies and supports around 450 people with physical, motor and perceptual impairments of all ages in the areas of school, living, daily structure and therapy. Our clients: inside and their needs are in the center. We stand for high service quality, short decision-making paths and dynamic working methods in a changing environment. Rossfeld School Education is the only competence centre in the Canton of Bern that offers schools, residential groups and therapy for children and adolescents with a physical, motor or perceptual impairment in the regular school sector.
Tasks
You will
- eight students: Teaching women in cycle 2
- based on the curriculum 21 of the regular school Canton of Bern (teaching and teaching materials)
- work closely with the co-teacher and the school assistant
- Responsibility as a class teacher
- Set your lesson days in consultation with the class team
- have the possibility of permanent employment on August 2027. Pensum between 40 – 60% in mutual agreement

- Completed education as a curriculum:r curative education:in or training as a teacher with experience in special education
- Knowledge in the promotion of children and adolescents with special needs
- Joy of working with students:women with a physical disability
- Resilience, methodological safety and flexibility

- Convincing communication and solution-oriented work
- Appropriate oral and written expression in German
- Open approach and enjoyment of teamwork
- Serenity and a touch of humor
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Good PC user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
