In Thun, we are opening our newest pfister branch – and for this we are looking for a dedicated team that is there from the beginning. Take the opportunity to help shape the new location, build something together and make the lives of our customers in the Bernese Oberland even more beautiful.
Your new tasks
- Management of directly subordinate department heads and specialist salespeople
- Presence on the sales floor and active work with employees and customers
- Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees
- Exhibition planning and construction according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
- Frequency-oriented employee deployment planning
- Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and the ongoing exchange with branch management and purchasing
- Responsibility for goal achievement in the exhibition area you are responsible for along defined KPI's
- Vocational training completed
- Solid experience in the retail trade
- Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of decoration, home textiles and household items
- Leadership experience in the retail trade
- Flair for beautiful living
